Ordering


If you have a problem placing an order from our website, the most probable reason is in your browser. It must have the support for cookies turned on in order for the shopping cart to operate normally. It must also support the required security level support in order for the credit card page to show up. We hope you understand this is for your own best protection. At any rate, if ordering from our site does not work for you and you do not want to or can not fix the browser, you can try ordering from some of our distributors:



Return policy


Demo versions are available for all the products. It is your responsibility to check the free memory available in your device and to try the demos before you buy. Therefore returns will not be made because the customer did not know what the product will look like or does not have enough free memory on the device.


If there is a problem with the product that we can not solve within reasonable time frame and conveniently for the customer, returns of orders will be made. For refund requests, please contact the distributor where the order was placed. Note we are NOT able to issue credits for orders placed through distributors, we may only approve or deny your refund request! Only the party that has gotten the money has the power to return them as the actual debit/credit card information does not leave their premises.


Downloading updates


Registered users are able to download updated software on our distributors sites (where the order was placed for that software). You need to login to your account (on distributor's site ie. Palm, Handango, MobiHand...) and download full version software (Fulfillment). If there are problems with updating, please contact us.
